Looking to the future. I believe that we, as paranormal investigators, researchers, or enthusiasts, should remind everyone and ourselves that we have many members in the paranormal field, and that many of them have their own view on the paranormal. Not faith
(I would rather say 'faith' than religion because it is less combative) so much as the paranormal. Although faith does play a role in some paranormal beliefs.
When we see a different view on things we should not combat it with our own, so much as learn
from it as a different method and respect it as such. To combat would only create hate and discontent, and that is not what being an investigator or researcher is all about.
We know our point of view, others are not going to change it, and our view is not going
to change theirs. We have to respect that and not try. That's what I do. I consider it a earn as you learn program, lol.
Earn others respect as you learn more about your craft.
When I was a rookie in law enforcement, an old and decorated detective told me, "If you ever start to feel as if you have heard it all and seen it all, you need to quit and go work for Burger King (lol) Cause you are just going to get someone hurt or killed."
I believe that goes for the paranormal field, as well as every endeavor for that matter. Even though our member's and others have seen a lot, for people to see, they can't see and experience things from someone else's point of view. I think we all need to remember that the paranormal is extremely vast and spans the globe, and the sharing of experiences
on different sites only increase the collective knowledge of paranormal researchers and investigators everywhere. We are here to learn, not fight.
Happy and safe Hunting
